Hey Guys! What a great year we have had. With the explosion of the Youth Alive Club, the hectic weeks of preparation for Seven, the awesome 2 days of the Seven Project, students being saved, God's presence pouring out all over our services, not to mention you guys, who have worked so hard to make Defy the best youth ministry anywhere. Why do i know this? Simply because of your heart; to reach others, to grow in your walk, to worship God, and to find the calling He has put on your life.
This Summer should also be another incredible time together. As we transition some students who have graduated and diligently try to keep them involved in ministry around here, my challenge is to those of you who haven't stepped into your ministry slot yet. GOD IS CALLING YOU TODAY! As God moves people on and launches them into other areas of service, He prepares those students who are "in the wings," ready to bloom them into great leaders and influencers. My heart today is that you would search your own heart and life, finding out exactly what God wants you to do and exactly where He wants to be involved.
During this summer period, if you want to talk about your place, feel free to give me a call or text, and we cna get together for lunch, ice cream, games, whatever you want and talk about your dreams, because that is exactly why I am here, to make sure that your dreams come true, and that no one robs them out from under you.
My job is to make sure that you find God's plan for your life!
